GOD’S READING STARS PROGRAM:
Our Reading Stars Program encourages young girls to read, as well as enhancing
their spelling, vocabulary and writing skills. The girls read a book a month that is
age approved for each group. We meet and discuss the book, which is an open
forum for their personal opinion of the book, keeping in mind our motto: Reading is
Believing, Achieving and Succeeding.
GOD’S HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAM:
Our Healthy Living Program provides young girls, ages 8-15 with the opportunity to
learn healthy eating habits in a fun environment. The girls receive simple instruction
on how to prepare healthy meals at home. The healthy living program focuses the
girls on their own health and their future health habits. The program offers
encouragement for improving eating habits and reducing childhood diabetes and
obesity. The girls participate in cooking healthy meals while learning more about
healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes. Also, this program teaches basic skin
care and the proper use of makeup.
GOD’S FUTURE LEADERS AND ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM:
Our Leadership & Entrepreneurs program focuses on the dreams and goals that
girls may have. We talk about how to make the dreams reality and overcoming
obstacles that may hinder them from achieving.
